The Center announces the publication of the fifth edition of an Open Coursebook, Intellectual Property: Law & the Information Society—Cases and Materials. The book is an introduction to U.S. intellectual property law written and edited by the Center’s Faculty Co-Director James Boyle and the Center’s Director Jennifer Jenkins and is available for free download or in a low cost print edition.
